I'm assuming you've found this website through a mixture of curiosity and interest: hello and welcome and I hope it contains what you're looking for.
I used to think it would be an ego-whirl too far to have a website of my own - why would anyone want to know about me, just because they've read my books? But then I found I was often checking out authors whose work I'd enjoyed and began to see the point. So this site is to tell you more about my work along with a bit about me, likes/dislikes/how I got into writing and so on, but without (I hope) venturing into the excruciating realms of the deeply personal.
Contact (preferably friendly) is highly welcome. Writing is essentially a solitary job and - regardless of evidence from sales figures - you sometimes wonder if there is anybody out there. Any positive feedback is therefore received with ludicrously excessive gratitude.
